Adv. Prajakta Kotkar is a seasoned Intellectual Property (IP) advisor and practising Patent and Trademark Attorney with 15+ years of expertise. She holds a bachelor's degree in Microbiology from the University of Mumbai (2004) and a Law degree (2007). Throughout her career, Prajakta has excelled in all facets of Intellectual Property Law, representing clients in patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, litigation, patent office proceedings, IP licensing, transfers, copyright, trademarks, and IP ownership matters.

She boasts extensive experience in managing domestic and international patent, design, trademark, and copyright portfolios, including clearance, prosecution, licensing, and enforcement. Prajakta is also a registered government facilitator for Patent and trademark issues. Adv. Prajakta Kotkar's distinguished career in Intellectual Property law, coupled with her commitment to excellence and regulatory compliance, makes her an invaluable addition to our team at Caresoft.
